Each year WCVB chief meteorologist Harvey Leonard and Judah Cohen, principal scientist and director of Seasonal Forecasting at Atmospheric and Environmental Research (AER), a division of Verisk Climate in Lexington, Massachusetts, look ahead to the coming winter for New England.
