This office is an outgrowth of AERs continued success in the area of providing realistic natural environment representations for use in military applications to include those supporting modeling and simulation (M&S). The Suffolk office will provide a local footprint for M&S initiatives at AER that ultimately lead to improving warfighter training, analysis, and experimentation at JFCOM. The city of Suffolk, Virginia has seen significant expansion in this high technology field and has become an emerging center for the M&S Community. The new office will be lead by Mr. Steve Lowe, AER Group Manager for Modeling and Simulation, who has been an active participant in the M&S community for over a decade. In addition to its relationship to JFCOM, the new office will also provide support to AERs other customers in Virginia.
