"Recently, I had a chance to spend some time with Dr. Judah Cohen, a meteorologist who heads up the long range forecasting group at AER (Atmospheric and Environmental Research) in Lexington, Mass.
Cohen went over some of the interesting research he has recently been doing. He has been focusing on the snow cover in Siberia during the month of October. It turns out that is an important indicator in what type of winter we will have in the Northeast."
